Quick summary of the week for you then:

All courses were really quite technical ranging from 9-14 marks and the beach isn't actually as big as it looks especially with 70 pilots on it!!

Day 1, light winds but good racing - 3 in all and you have the scores for these.

Day 2:
Even lighter winds, the started one race which was not really at minimum wind speed so we struggled round desperately.

Day 3:
Winds were looking doubtful again and coming off shore but again we squeezed in 3 races.
1st race started really light and I went out on the 12, only to find the dead spot at the same time and place as Mark so he wore my kite as a hat!! By the time I finished untangling the mess and my bridles, the wind had picked up slightly and I could not hold a line. Eventually made it sideways back to the pits but knew I was miles off the pack so just canned that one!

Winds continued to be a little gusty so got boosted in the 2nd race however, the buggy continued to roll directly downwind to the next mark which was a bonus!!

Can't recall the scores but Mark had picked up a few places over me so we knew it was close between us...

Day 4:
No wind again at the start of the day but it did slowly build and turn onshore.
Again, I started on the 12 only to be stupidly overpowered as the wind continued to build so a quick change down to the 9 and things were looking good until I luffed it at teh fastest downwind mark.
In my rushed panic I undid my bow-tie the wrong way and ended up with a major bridle tangle so moved (what I thought) was well clear of the mark to sort it out. However, whilst on the floor sorting it out, one of the Czech guys was a bit over eager round the mark and wiped me out! Game over for the day but we only did the 1 race.

Again, can't recall the final scores but I finished ahead of John and 2 places behind Mark.

All in all, slightly disapointed with the final results but it was certainly a good experience!
My sun tan is well and truely topped up but I am still in pain and might just take a quick run over to A&E to see how my ribs are looking!
