South East Kiting Association

SEKA covers a large area with many flying sites. To maintain local contact we have created areas and assigned each of these a SEKA representative. In addition some of the busier flying sites have a designated SEKA Site Point Of Contact (SPOC).

Using this web site you can browse and post on specific forums for each area or site to contact the Area Reps, SPOCs and other people who fly there.

If you have a question about a site or want to know where to fly, first see if it is on our flying sites map. This shows a number of places to fly in our area and for each gives useful information and details of any restrictions which may apply. You can access that by clicking on the "SEKA Flying Sites" links to the left of the screen.

If you want to know who your Area Rep is or contact a SPOC, their details can be found on the "Contacts" page, again via a link on the left. Alternatively you can log in and ask your question in the relevant forum. If you do not have a user id registering is a quick and easy process. You do not have to be a SEKA member to use the forums.

Meetings
Please use the area forums under the "Local Meets" section to meet up with other fliers. Never post personal contact details in these public areas of the forum.

Exercise caution when arranging meetings in person. Anyone under the age of parental responsibility MUST obtain approval. Meetings arranged between members or non-members whether via these forums or other means are NOT SEKA endorsed events and SEKA cannot be held responsible for any incidents arising.

Official club events are announced by the committee via the dedicated threads on the SEKA Events forum.
